The rooftop bar has exceptional views of the city, the lounge areas feel warm and homey yet elevated, and the restaurant there, Popular, with its Peruvian-inspired cuisine — SO good. Plus, it’s an Ian Schrager hotel and if you know that name, you know it’s good.
